When an OEM entrusts Paramit with the responsibility to build a product, we take full ownership for that product through its entire lifecycle, from new product introduction and volume production to direct customer shipments. Paramit's capabilities and infrastructure go well beyond manufacturing to include field returns, product upgrades, and end of life support, allowing our customers to focus on what they do best: product development.

Order Fulfillment

No matter what model an OEM needs to satisfy their customer commitments, Paramit can develop a suitable process: finished goods inventory, final validation testing, configure to order, direct customer shipments, distribution shipments, even systems integration to combine what we build with components from other suppliers. There is no need for the OEM to invest in additional costly infrastructure; Paramit provides all the necessary services and equipment.

Field Service Return Program

Paramit has a well-developed field service return program that evaluates, repairs, and upgrades medical devices and instruments. Paramit's dedicated team also handles the administrative aspect of warranty returns and repairs, managing the shipping and receiving process and communicating directly with customers. We take care of all the technical and logistical details, allowing medical device and instrument OEMs to make better use of their resources.

Medical Device Product Upgrades

Medical device and instrument upgrades can be extremely complicated to manage, especially when there are different versions of the same product in the field and each version uses different components from multiple suppliers. The upgrade process requires a thorough analysis of the engineering change orders (ECOs) that have occurred since the product was originally manufactured. In order to understand the net result of all the ECOs, the upgrade team must take into account exclusions and redundancies in components and processes as well as changes in the approved manufacturer list (AML) - a time-consuming, complex exercise. With our attention to detail and innovative information systems, Paramit is well positioned to handle the ECO unpacking process and confidently ensures the accuracy and quality of every medical device product repair and upgrade.
