Paramit’s definition of quality is expressed quite simply: "Do it right the first time." It is what customers expect and need, and it is what we strive to provide. We’ve developed a structure that instills ownership for quality in every employee. This structure is realized through our Quality Council.

Quality Council

The Quality Council is a cross-functional team that meets regularly and puts into practice the philosophy that "quality is everybody’s business." The wide representation of members gives the Council wisdom and authority to implement potent solutions to issues involving all aspects of the operations. The Quality Council facilitates internal quality data reviews, drives all corrective actions, ISO procedure audits, and higher-level strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement Blitzes (PIBs)

These blitzes use high-impact teams made up of key individuals to achieve the greatest quality impact in the shortest period of time. PIBs review area processes and implement changes designed to dramatically improve both quality and performance. Comprehensive quality metrics are put in place to ensure that improvements are lasting.

Custom Software Solutions

Paramit’s MES system allows for real-time quality data input. We have extended the functionality with product-specific, touch-screen based quality checklists. Online custom software solutions provide real-time access to quality data throughout the company. Simple interfaces allow manufacturing personnel to extract and review quality data prior to and after every build. Paramit continues to develop tools that support our quality vision.
