To ensure superior technical support, Paramit has split manufacturing engineers into two functional groups; one dedicated to customers (MEs), and the other to internal processes (PEs).

MEs are the primary technical interface between Paramit and the customer. Because MEs are dedicated to specific customers, they are able to effectively focus, understand, and respond to customers’ technical needs, as well as support their NPI, and ECO, and quality activities.

PEs sustain, develop, and optimize the internal manufacturing processes. Because PEs specialize by area, they are able to maintain high quality processes and successfully introduce new technologies into the factory.

New programs are constantly being developed to support the needs of manufacturing engineering.
