Program Management

To ensure that all customer needs are met, Paramit assigns a dedicated Customer Focus Team (CFT), consisting of a Program Manager, Project Buyer, Product Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineer, and Engineering Services Analyst.

The Program Manager acts as the liaison between Paramit and the customer, serves as the single point of contact, and leads the CFT through all aspects of a program, from New Product Introduction, through full volume production, as well as repair and product upgrade services.

Real-Time Customer Status Reports

Program Managers utilize custom status reports that provide real time status for customer activities including sales orders, work orders, and Return Materials Authorization (RMA) status. These reports also provide materials availability status and visibility to gating issues, giving customers the information they need to efficiently manage their operations.

"What if" Simulations

Paramit has developed "what if" simulation tools, which allow prompt analysis of potential schedule changes. Using these simulations, the best actions are determined to meet changes in demands. Because MRP can be run at any time and the factory is dynamically scheduled, customers maintain maximum scheduling flexibility.

NPI Workflow

Paramit’s proprietary NPI tool tracks all action items required to introduce new products into production. This online NPI status allows Paramit and the customer to focus on quickly resolving gating issues and reducing time to market.
