Systems Integration Services
For some companies, outsourcing the end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing their product is a necessity; for others, it’s a “build or buy” decision that comes down to the numbers and bigger picture. In either case, Paramit’s Systems Integration Services enable you to focus on other key elements of your business—product research and development, sales and marketing, or new projects crucial to your growth—while we manage your product’s integration from initial developmental stage and ramp up to maturity and field upgrades and repairs.
Benefits of Paramit’s Systems Integration Services
- Peace of mind from our total accountability to your product
- Fast turn-around and scheduling changes from highly flexible lines
- Lower costs and reduced material delays through better managed inventory
- Proven ability to handle very complex box builds through unique work cells
Key Elements of Paramit’s Systems Integration Services
- Configure-to-Order. Paramit’s CTO system is sophisticated and flexible, enabling us to produce many different product configurations at any one time while maintaining the highest level of reliability. We also offer dynamic order fulfillment, delivering any ordered product variation to any location.
- Unique Work Cells. As the complexity of a box build increases, Paramit creates a dedicated work cell to perform all phases of assembly and test in a single location. Our unique work cells emphasize vital concentration, detailed calibration, and precision manufacturing. A product-specific dedicated team builds and tests all subassemblies in one location in an efficient manner.
- Flexible Mechanical Assembly Lines. Our mechanical assembly lines are designed to handle a variety of box builds requiring the installation of many different boards, subassemblies, power supplies, LCDs, cables, fans, and sheet metal. The lines are self-sufficient and contain roller tables, drop down drill pressure lines, torque wrenches, and other tools and hardware to build chassis and boxes efficiently before they move to the next work center. Paramit’s production lines also allow quick product change over, so we can maximize the use of our assembly space.
- Backflush Transactions. As product complexity rises even further and the number of sub-assemblies drastically increases, Paramit utilizes the inventory backflush method, eliminating work order transactions. This simplifies manufacturing of highly complex, precision electro-mechanical and optical systems by eliminating extraneous transactions.
- Test Solutions. Paramit’s seasoned test development engineers are available to provide test solutions for your products with maximum test coverage; our test expertise includes Flying Probe, In Circuit Test, Functional Test, and System integration. We designed our own 24,000 cubic-foot reliability heat chamber that can continuously operate at 50° C (122° F) to fulfill your burn-in needs. In addition, we offer in-house Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) with rapid thermal cycling to induce premature component failures, enabling you to provide highly reliable products to the market. - Materials Logistics. We eliminate material delays and optimize inventory with our Point-of-Use material storage systems and automated replenishment programs. Our proven system supports faster turn-around times and maximum scheduling flexibility throughout the factory.
- Quality Systems. We ensure that all products are built to specifications through complete in-process quality inspection, product specific training, and certification programs. Paramit’s systems integration team uses our extensive shop floor control tools to provide complete chassis and sub-systems serial number traceability.
- Engineering and Prototyping Services. For each assembly, we perform comprehensive Design for Manufacturability, Design for Testability, and Value Engineering analysis to facilitate cost reductions and improve quality throughout the product life cycle. Our mechanical prototyping service offers flexible and rapid solutions for qualification builds.

"Paramit took over an engineering prototype design from us, developed a manufacturing process, developed an integrated sub-assembly test, and even re-designed some unreliable electro-mechanical components. Through this effort, they scaled and met our target weekly production volumes in just six weeks. Additionally, they have been extremely flexible as our installation schedules varied widely given our early stage status."
