Eagle Training Program

The qualities associated with the eagle define what Paramit seeks in all of our team members. Eagles are swift to act, bold in their actions, persistent in their pursuits, and precise in execution.

Paramit's Eagle Program is a comprehensive training and employee development program that enhances our workforce and delivers greater product quality to our customers. Every employee at Paramit is expected to earn the right to be a "Paramit Eagle." To achieve that distinction, a Paramit employee must demonstrate all facets of our quality awareness program and, ultimately, develop and implement a quality improvement plan of his or her own design.
