Simplify Outsourcing Complexity

New Product Introduction

Electronics product life cycles have been reduced from years to months during the past ten years. This reduction in product life places tremendous demands on the New Product Introduction (NPI) organization. A seasoned NPI focus team uses Paramit’s proprietary NPI workflow tool combined with Design for Excellence (DFX) feedback to guide customers through this challenging process.

NPI Workflow Meeting

NPI Workflow

The NPI team uses Paramit’s proprietary NPI workflow to introduce products into production. The team actively supports these products from introduction through the product’s entire life cycle to ensure maximum knowledge retention.

Prototype Support

A dedicated area is used for all prototype assemblies. Special prototype routings and an expedited assembly flow ensure that prototypes are turned around quickly. Focused 100% inspections and Flying Probe testing guarantee that the highest quality product is delivered to the customer in the shortest possible time.

Engineering and Materials Feedback

Comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) guidelines along with a BOM Profile Analysis and current Item Master are provided to customers as part of their engagement with Paramit. During the prototype build process, in-depth DFM, DFT, and BOM profile reports provide the operations feedback customers need to take their products into volume production. By incorporating this feedback customers are able to significantly reduce their time-to-market.
