Winter 2010 Newsletter
Greetings from Paramit,
As I hope many of you are feeling these days, the new year is looking a bit brighter and full of greater potential than we have seen in quite a while. There are certainly still many challenges to overcome, but business has picked up in the last few months and we are optimistic about the coming quarters. I speak to this outlook in a short online video, and encourage you to contact me to discuss your own manufacturing goals and concerns for 2010.
The underlying theme of this Paramit email newsletter is confidence and trust. This seems a natural direction to go during a period of economic recovery, so I ask you this: do you have confidence and trust in your manufacturing partners, your supply chain, and your mass production processes? If not, what are you doing about them? We address this theme in our customer spotlight on Thoratec, world leader in heart therapy solutions; a business article on ensuring supply chain continuity against increasingly long lead times; a technical article on successful mass production techniques; and another online video in which Carl Chun, our VP of Engineering and Quality, presents the Paramit Eagle Program for employee training.
With that said, I thank you for reading and wish you a very successful 2010. If you have any requests for future issues, please send us your suggestions.
