Summer 2009 Newsletter
Greetings from Paramit,
It is my great pleasure to introduce Paramit's first email newsletter. Our goal for this quarterly communication is to keep you informed of new technologies and best practices in electronics manufacturing, and to share the accomplishments of Paramit, our customers, and our business partners. We may also send special announcements from time to time.
As Paramit's co-founder and President, I have seen many challenges and opportunities during our 20 years in business. Today's market environment certainly tests all of us, and requires that we approach our work with vigor and creativity. To that end, Paramit has introduced new services to support our customers' design teams, and expanded our own sustaining engineering team. We're also continuing to invest in the "Paramit Eagle Program" in order to reach our Quality Goal of 50 DPMO in the PCA process. On the business end, Paramit sees some positive signs as our customers are depleting inventories and starting to order again.
In this inaugural newsletter, we include three articles: a case study about our customer Illumina, the leading developer of next-generation systems for analysis of genetic variation and biological functions; a how-to guide on protecting your business from counterfeit components; and an introduction to Paramit's New Product Introduction (NPI) services with real-world examples of customer benefits. If you have any requests for future issues, please send us your suggestions. In the meantime, I wish all of you a very pleasant rest of the summer.
Thank you for reading,
Billoo Rataul
