Supply Chain Management
Changes in product demand are managed by a combination of exclusive kit simulation, production scheduling, purchasing execution tracking, and real time WIP status reports that provide maximum flexibility. Utilizing tier 1 component distributors and unique software execution tool, a customer with 10,000+ active parts can be easily supported.
Internal Logistics
From point of receipt to the production line, Paramit's internal logistics are seamless and fast. We’ve implemented point of use storage, real time WIP tracking, and continuous cycle counting to handle the production of many kits at the same time. Customers can depend on on-time deliveries for their high mix demands.
Information Management
High product mix results in numerous bills of materials (BOMs), purchase orders, manufacturing process instructions (MPIs), and work orders. Managing this data presents information management challenges for Contract Manufacturers. Several software solutions have been developed which create a nearly paperless work environment, from automated BOM uploads to on line MPI access to manage this mix of information.
