Paramit has strong institutional competencies in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. This allows us to design an ideal manufacturing environment for products that require precision assembly. Our professional engineers are experienced in designing custom fixtures to provide repeatable assembly. We use sophisticated simulation software to model manufacturing line designs and optimize assembly times, reducing cost and variability while providing the ability to scale quickly to target volumes. Our test engineers design sub-assembly test routines that are incorporated into the manufacturing lines and ensure that all critical sub-modules are tested in-line resulting in high yields and predictable throughput at final assembly. We model material flow and use Kanban methods for optimizing inventory. Configurable back-flush methods provide flexibility in production planning and ensure uninterrupted flows of material in the manufacturing cells.
