Companies today face continuous demand uncertainty resulting in a need for significant supply chain flexibility. At Paramit, we are able to analyze demand changes real time, and adjust the external supply chain as well as internal production capacity to meet the changing demands of our customers.

"What if" Simulation
Paramit has developed "what if" simulation tools, which allow quick materials analysis of customer’s schedule changes. These simulations are used to determine the best set of actions to meet the customer’s demand changes. Because simulation reports and MRP can be run at any time, materials are managed with maximum flexibility.
Supply Chain Flexibility
Paramit has partnered with several tier one distributors to create a supply chain that is responsive to schedule changes. Information critical to rapid decision making is systematically accessed each week from key suppliers and uploaded into our ERP system. By using a combination of demand-pull programs, vendor managed inventory, and safety stock agreements; Paramit is able to easily accommodate customers’ scheduling requirements.
Operations Agility
Paramit’s factory is designed for rapid turnaround and agility. Processes have been refined to support fast cycle times, with SMT chip-to-chip changeover times as low as 10 minutes.
Extensive stockroom automation supports rapid stocking, picking, programming and kitting of parts, which enables last minute demand changes to be managed with ease. Point of use "kanban" materials management programs are in place with key vendors to lower inventory exposure should volume drop as well as to minimize ramp-up time for surges in volume.
