Paramit provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to meet the varying needs of our employees. Medical
We offer our Employees and their eligible dependants a choice between Blue Cross HMO and PPO or Kaiser Permanente.

Employees and their eligible dependant can choose between Aetna PPO and Aetna DMO.

This benefit is available to all eligible employees at no cost.

Long Term Disability
We provide disability insurance for employees who become disable due to an injury. Paramit pays 100% of the premium.

Free confidential counseling and referral services. Up to 5 face-to-face confidential sessions per year with a counselor, financial planner and or/legal advisor available to employees and dependants.
Travel Assistance Program
Program offers Pre-trip information, emergency medical assistance and emergency personal services. Toll-free emergency assistance is available to employees and dependants.

The Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed to aid employees in the pursuit of work-related courses or course work toward a work-related degree.

Flexible Spending Accounts
· Health Care Reimbursement FSA
Employees may use this account to be reimbursed for eligible out-of-pocket health expenses not covered by their health care plan. Employees may allocate up to $5,000 each year to this account annually.
· Dependent Care FSA
Employees use pre-tax dollars toward qualified dependent care such as caring for children under the age 13 or caring for elders. Employee may allocate up to $5,000 per calendar year.
Vacation
We offer 2 weeks (80 hours) vacation on the first year plus one week (40 hours) of personal time off.
Holidays
Employees received for a total of (10) paid holidays.
