Paramit provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to provide employees the flexibility to choose the benefits that are right for them and their families. These benefits are an integral part of our total rewards package, providing employees and their eligible dependents valuable protection and financial options. Eligible employees are offered a variety of benefits options including:
- Medical. We offer our employees and their eligible dependants a choice between an HMO and PPO, or Kaiser Permanente.
- Dental. Employees and their eligible dependant can choose a PPO or DMO.
- Vision. We offer our employees a vision plan through VSP.
- Life Insurance and Accidental Death Insurance. This benefit is available to all eligible employees at no cost.
- Voluntary Life Insurance. We offer supplemental life insurance for employees, their spouses and children.
- Long Term Disability. We provide disability insurance for employees who become disabled due to a work-related injury. Paramit pays 100% of the premium.
- Employee Assistance Program. We offer free confidential counseling and referral services to employees and their dependants, comprised of up to five face-to-face confidential sessions per year with a counselor, financial planner, or legal advisor.
- Travel Assistance Program. This program offers pre-trip information, emergency medical assistance, and emergency personal services. Toll-free emergency assistance is available to employees and dependants.
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
- 401(K) Program. Participation gives employees the opportunity to make a significant contribution to invest in their retirement. Paramit offers an attractive company matching plan.
- Health Care Reimbursement FSA. Employees may use this account to be reimbursed for eligible out-of-pocket health expenses not covered by their health care plan. Employees may allocate up to $5,000 each year to this account annually.
- Dependent Care FSA. Employees may use pre-tax dollars toward qualified dependent care such as caring for children under the age 13 or caring for elders. Employee may allocate up to $5,000 per calendar year.
- Vacation. We offer two weeks (80 hours) of vacation during the first year, plus one week (40 hours) of personal time off.
- Holidays. Employees received for a total of (10) paid holidays.
