DIRECTOR OF NPI/NCI Business Development:

Job description:

Lead cross-functional team to establish exceptional and predictable service levels which will support our NPI/NCI business.  Tailor service offerings to meet customers unique business needs.  Define or create best in class NPI services that are to be available in our industry.  Define and act as senior liaison contact for new customer integration to ensure smooth and seamless transition to Paramit. Provide leadership and coach diverse group of program managers, engineers and other professionals; develop individual and team objectives, evaluate performances and provide training and development.

Execute strategic business initiatives and support manufacturing needs of customers; define service levels and develop programs that support new product lines. Assess product pricing to ensure profit maximization, evaluate business models, performances, pricing, inventory levels and other relevant business issues. Drive change by evaluating business and financial metrics.  Establish solid relationships with customers and ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations efficiently.

Initiate contractual agreements for new customer integration customers.   Initiate other agreements which may be required to define Statement of Work (SOW) or Design/Development deliverables in order to protect Paramit and to best document service expectations.  Identify and resolve potential conflict situations internally and/or with clients and propose proactive solutions.

Some specific actions or duties but limited to are;

·         Create functional team requirements to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations

·         Provide financial knowledge to ensure labor and working capital are properly utilized and business segment is profitable

·         Lead department strategic initiatives

·         Provide technical support for engineering services

·         Act as owner of business unit and scale services and business accordingly

·         As business development, present NPI/NCI business model and service/capabilities to existing and new customers as needed

·         Provide leadership to group and business

·         Recruit, hire and train staff

·         Strong internal and external written/verbal communication skills a must

Job requirements:

8-10 years of contract manufacturing program management and NPI experience with at least 5 years in management position

Sr. Manager/Director Program Management

Job description:

Direct program managers to lead cross-functional teams to meet company monthly revenue targets. Define accounts strategies and prioritize expansion opportunities for existing clients, as well as seamless integration of new customers. Provide leadership and coach diverse group of program managers; develop individual and team objectives, evaluate performances and provide training and development.

Identify and resolve potential conflict situations internally and/or with clients and propose proactive solutions.

Job Requirements:

8-10 years of contract manufacturing program management experience with at least 5 years in management position

Program Manager

The Program Manager has the ability to manage accounts which include customer relationships, financial and business performance, customer service and new business development.  The specific tasks and responsibilities include the following:

 Job Description:

  • Main customer interface: Primary point of contact
  • Customer Focus Team Leader:  The PM is the primary interface both externally and internally.  The PM is responsible to lead and manage the internal CFT team to support customer's requirements.
  • New business development:  Work with customers to sustain and develop new business, increase revenues.
  • Demand/Forecast/Purchase Order management: Intimate knowledge on demand management, sales order management, coordinate for MRP execution, and work with Project Buyer and Production control to meet customer's delivery requirements. Monitor demand/forecast against financial performance.
  • Program start-up coordination:  Must have ability to launch new projects and facilitate implementation.
  • ECO coordination and management: Coordinate customer Echo’s to ensure incorporation and implementation is smooth. Manage, submit all related Echo’s charges to customers.
  • Quotation:  Responsible to coordinate any quotation activities for customer requirements.
  • Issue resolution:  Must have ability to manage and resolve tactical issues to meet customer requirements.  This may involve getting support and resources from other functional work groups.  Escalate issues when required.
  • Financial metrics and performance: Must be knowledgeable and able to manage financial metrics: Revenue projection and performance, excess inventory and mitigation, accounts receivables and other key financial metrics.
  • Cost reviews:  Responsible to provide customers with quarterly price reviews/update.  Manage all relevant PPV and standard cost management issues.
  • Quarterly business reviews:  Must have ability to manage customer QBR's as required and lead relevant business discussions

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.

·         Minimum 3 years experience as hands-on Program Manager and Contract Manufacturing industry.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications (including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel a plus).

 

SMT/Process Engineering Manager

 

Oversee the activities related to the technical support and process development engineering functions of a manufacturing area. Plan and implement the development of new and scale-up processes. Establishes operating equipment specifications and monitors equipment performance. Lead efforts to achieve cost effectiveness and improve product quality. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the SMT area.

 

 Job Description:

 

Manage all aspects of the surface mount manufacturing area in a contract manufacturing organization including the following:

 

·         Manage a group of 3 to 4 process engineers to meet efficiency targets

·         Manage a group of 3 to 4 maintenance technicians to meet uptime goals

·         Manage a group of approx. 30 SMT production and setup staff to meet scheduling requirements.

·         Focus entire SMT team to meet quality targets

 

Job Requirements:

 

·         Candidate must have a BS degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

·         7 – 10 years of SMT engineering experience.

·         Must have strong leadership skills and management experience.

·         Prior work at Contract Manufacturer industry is a plus

·         Experience with CIM systems

 

Manufacturing Engineer

 

 

 Job Requirements:

 

·         Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, Bills of Material and related engineering documentation.

·         Understanding of printed circuit fabrication processes including: solder paste printing, placement, reflow profiling of thermal characteristics, automated inspection parameters, IPC 610 C&D acceptability requirements

·         Excellent written and verbal skills

·         Customer service knowledge and the ability to respond quickly to customer requests for information and data

·         Knowledge of wave solder, BGA placement and rework. Basic hand soldering knowledge is helpful.

·         Understanding of Engineering Change Orders and the extensive impact to all facets of production due to implementation of said ECO activity

·         Familiarity with databases, all MS Office applications and demonstrated proficiency with all s/w applications used for manufacturing

·         Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability, especially Valor

·         Experience with X-ray inspection techniques

·         Understanding of FMEA and related failure analysis techniques

·         Keen awareness of defect recognition/prevention and control

·         Knowledge of statistical analysis tools: SPC, DOE, C/E diagrams

·         Familiarity with Corrective and Preventive actions

·         Ability to create complex work flows and essential work instructions down to the operator-level

 

Educational Requirements:

 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in an engineering capacity. Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering degree preferred
  • Experience with Contract Manufacturing  Industry business practices

 

AXI Engineer

 

Developing 5DX X-ray tests Programs.

Job Requirements:

 

·         Hands-on experience of 5DX programming at least 3 years

·         2-5 years experience with Contract Manufacturing Industry

·         BS in ME or EE

 

Test Technician

 

Job Requirements:

·         Test and troubleshooting PCB assembly and system

·         Requires understand of DC and electronics theory + 5 years applicable work experience, good hand-eye coordination; Prefer familiarity with assembly techniques

·         Knowledge of troubleshooting analog and digital, based circuits.

·         RF knowledge and experience highly desired.

·         Must have working knowledge of general test equipment, such as power supplies, power meters, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.

·         Must demonstrate basic deductive analysis skills.

·         Understanding and utilizing schematics and procedures are required.

·         A good understanding of personal computer applications and general PC literacy.

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Capability to function well in a fast paced team environment a must!

·          

Educational Requirements:

·         HS or equivalent; prefer AS/BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent training

 

AOI Technician

 

Job Requirements:

·         Turning AOI programs

·         Maintaining AOI Tester

·         Training AOI inspectors

·         Report test data to QA

Educational Requirements:

·         Minimum AS degree in Electronics or Computer

·         Minimum 2 years experience at Contract Manufacturing industries as Test Technician or QA Technician

·         Familiar with Excel

·         Experience with SJ50 or 5DX

·         Familiar w/ SPC and IPC standards

 

Commodity Buyer

Job Description:

·         Executes MRP actions consistent with purchasing policies

·         Ensure system updates are accurate

·         Follows through with purchasing related work flows and metrics

·         Identifies risk parts and escalates to management

·         Works effectively as a team player across departments

·         Build long-term relationships with supply base

·         Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and complete in a timely manner

·         Review/disposition non-conforming material (MRB)

·         Prepare RFQ’s as required

·         Reconcile open order reports

·         Manage Past Due deliveries/push-in pull-outs and cancellations on daily basis

·         Respond to “What-if” scenarios to support customer needs

 

Jobs Requirements:

·         Requires 3-5 years procurement experience

·         Commodities could include but are not limited Sheet metal, Machined parts, Plastic, and Molding.etc.

·         Good knowledge of the supply base (local and nation wide) for sheet metal, machine parts, plating, extrusion, hog out, plastic, molding…etc.

·         Must have experience monitoring supplier capacity (based on equipment/no. of shifts, etc) both in house and sub-contractors

·         Thorough understanding of supplier manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machine parts, plastic, molding)

·         Good knowledge of reading blue prints and differentiate between sheet metal, machine parts, plastics, or molding

·         This list reflects the majority of work to be conducted, other duties may be added as required

 

Educational Requirements:

·         BA/BS degree preferred

·         APIC Certification a plus

2nd Op Hand Solder/Rework

Job Description:

·         Hand Solder Touch/up Rework through-hole and SMT components and jumper wires as required per IPC-A610 standards.

·         Describe Job Experience Required:

·         Must have two years or more on this position in the pass and needs to be team player and has good attitude.

·         Needs to be familiar and read components value, MPI and all documentations applied to the jobs.

·         Flexibility to work on all the manufacturing department of PARAMIT CORP.

·         Ability to lifting materials or equipments between 15lbs-50lbs.

 

Educational Requirements:

·         Ability to read, write, understand how to follow instructions.
