NPI Focus Team
An experienced and dedicated NPI Focus Team consisting of a NPI Program Manager, Project Buyer, Product Manufacturing Engineer, Test Engineer, Engineering Services Analyst, and Prototype Production Supervisor support customers through this demanding process. This team, transitions the product to volume production and continues to support the product throughout its entire life cycle. This ensures maximum continuity, which allows customers to focus on their core development needs.
NPI Workflow and Real-Time Status
The NPI focus team uses Paramit’s proprietary NPI workflow to drive new products into production. This workflow tracks the completion of all tasks and milestones that are required to ensure a smooth new product introduction. A detailed reporting tool enables the NPI Program Manager to provide real-time project status to the customer at any time during the NPI cycle, and is also used to debrief customers after each prototype build.
Quick-turn Prototype Assembly and Test
A dedicated area is used for all prototype assemblies. Special prototype routings and an expedited assembly flow ensure that prototypes are turned around quickly. Focused 100% inspections are performed and a Flying Probe tester is available for each prototype built at Paramit. This guarantees that the highest quality product is delivered in the shortest time.
PCB Design Services & Engineering Analysis
Paramit offers complete PCB design and layout services to support the NPI process. In addition, we provide comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) feedback reports along with a detailed BOM Profile Analysis. This information enables customers to increase quality and lower the cost of their products as they ramp into volume production. By incorporating this feedback customers are able to significantly reduce their product’s time-to-market.
