Thanh Nguyen, CEO

Thanh co-founded Paramit in 1990, and from early on established Paramit’s vision of manufacturing technology leadership, and has built Paramit’s solid reputation with both customers and suppliers. Prior to Paramit, he spent seven years with LTX-Trillium in a variety of Engineering and Management positions.

Thanh has a BSEE from San Jose State University.

Billo Rataul, President and COO

Billo co-founded Paramit in 1990, and has been the chief architect for Paramit's vision of developing custom solutions to optimize the operations. Prior to Paramit, Billo spent five year at LTX-Trillium in both Engineering and Management positions.

Billo has a BSME from BIT (India), and an MS in Manufacturing Systems from Purdue University.

Tom La Rose, Chief Financial Officer

Tom joined Paramit in 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer, and has the people and systems required to manage the day-to-day financial operations, the vision to develop the financial reporting infrusturcture as well as represent Paramit to the financial community. Prior to joining Paramit, Tom spent over 15 years in Contract Manufacturing both as controller and CFO.

Tom has a BS degree in Accounting and MBA from Santa Clara University.

Ronald Preston, Sr. Director of Materials

Ron joined Paramit in 2007 as the Senior Director of Materials.  Ron brings strategic leadership experience in global procurement and business management.  Most recently, he spent 6 years as a Business Unit Manager at Jabil managing global businesses, and has over 15 years in various materials and procurement management experience with companies such as Toshiba, Quantum Corp., Spectrian Corp., Diamond Multimedia/Sonic Blue and others.  This unique combination of expertise will help drive business excellence with our suppliers and customers.

Carl Chun, Director of Engineering and Quality

Carl joined Paramit in 1992 as Director of Test Engineering. Carl has developed Paramit’s test infrastructure, including both test development and all levels of test and reliability into a core company strength. Prior to joining Paramit, Carl spent seven years at LTX-Trillium in both Test Engineering and Test Development positions.

Carl has a BSEE from the Santa Clara University.

Jeff Johnson, Director of Sales

Jeff joined Paramit in 1999 as Director of Materials.  Jeff's Material's vision evolved the organization from consigned to a full Turn-key business model. In July of 2006, Jeff moved into sales.  Prior to Paramit, Jeff spent five years at Solectron Corporation in Purchasing Management and five years at Anritsu Corporation in various purchasing positions.

Jeff has a BS in Economics from University of California at Davis, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Joe Salerno, Director of Program Management

Joe recently joined Paramit in 2008 as Director of Program Management. Joe is an industry veteran with extensive international and domestic experience whose background includes fourteen years with IBM in addition to tenures with Silicon Graphics, VA Linux Systems, and Sanmina-SCI Corporation.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco with a focus in Business Management.
