Billoo Rataul, President and CEO
Billoo co-founded Paramit in 1990, and has been the chief architect for Paramit's development of custom solutions to optimize operations. Prior to Paramit, Billoo spent five year at LTX-Trillium in both Engineering and Management positions.
Billoo has a BSME from BIT (India), and an MS in Manufacturing Systems from Purdue University.

Tom La Rose, Chief Financial Officer
Tom joined Paramit in 2005 as our Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the staff and systems for our day-to-day financial operations, represents Paramit to the financial community, and develops our financial reporting infrastructure. Before joining Paramit, Tom spent over 15 years in Contract Manufacturing as a controller and CFO.
Tom has a BS in Accounting and MBA from Santa Clara University.
Tom joined Paramit in 2005 as our Chief Financial Officer. Carl Chun, Vice President of Engineering and Quality
Carl joined Paramit in 1992 as Director of Test Engineering. Since then, he has built our test infrastructure, including both test development and all levels of test and reliability, into a core company strength. Prior to joining Paramit, Carl spent seven years at LTX-Trillium in both Test Engineering and Test Development positions.
Carl has a BSEE from Santa Clara University.
